A part of Paul’s sharing with the Saints at Rome included his thoughts regarding prayer. Prayer is to be a part of one’s life not an occasional event. It is not to be a response to a crisis but an opportunity to be successfully directed by the Lord. Don’t wait for a crisis, pray daily.

There are a number of items that belong in the life of the child of God. There should be a positive spirit of expectation demonstrated in hope. Another essential element is a consistent prayer life. Insist on remaining God conscious as you maintain a continuous prayer life. Your prayers will help you avoid unnecessary crisis and prepare you for those that cannot be avoided.
