2 Kings 4:23. And he said, Wherefore wilt thou go to him to day? it is neither new moon, nor sabbath. And she said, It shall be well.

Thought for the Day:  In The Midst of Crisis: Stay Focused, Stay Prayerful, Stay Positive

Reflection for the Day: What God Has Given, Satan Cannot Take

The Bible tells us a "great woman", who with her husband,  provided a place for Elisha to dwell.  In return the woman was blessed to have a son. As the child grew, while out in the field with his father he fell on his head. The father immediately had the boy sent to his mother where the child died. In the midst of this crisis the mother did not panic or give up hope. She stayed focused on God, remained prayerful, and stayed positive. She took her son to the man of God expecting a miracle.  She knew whatever God had given Satan could not steal.

How one responds at a time of crisis is key. When you receive challenging words you must not panic or give up. You must stay focused on the Lord, knowing that what He has given Satan cannot take. With a positive disposition, stay prayerful expecting God to move on your behalf. It may appear dim but you can declare," it shall be well".
